Vervaeke Mobi Boxes

The first 8 weeks after birth, calves are most susceptible to infections. Housing calves in hygienic and comfortable calf pens is therefore a must to give them the right start.

That’s why we provide Vervaeke Mobile Calf boxes to our customers! They allow you to move calves easily with their handy wheels, keep calves comfortable and separated while also being easy to muck out and clean down between uses. 

  • Mobi Box’s are ready-to-use. No need for assembly!
  • With its sturdy wheels, moving calves or the box for cleaning is made easy! 
  • The calf pens are light and strong. They owe this strength to the internal cell structure of the 5 cm thick panels used.
  • The Mobibox is equipped with a closed sloping floor. At the back there is a slot across the width of the pen for the drainage of urine, so the calf is always comfortable and dry. The urine can be collected if required. Thanks to the separation of urine and manure, less ammonia is formed.
  • The infection pressure in the Mobibox drops, thanks to its all around welded construction and closed floor. Germs have nowhere to settle. The pen can be completely disinfected due to the absence of gaps.
  • The high quality plastic material its made out of allows for easy cleaning. 
  • The calf pens have a good insulation value. This is due to the low thermal conductivity of plastic and the hermetically enclosed air in the cell structure. Internal condensation in the calf pen is thus excluded.
  • All panels consist of 100% recyclable materials. They are also free of toxic substances. Before purchasing these raw materials, systematic quality control is done.
